While not an official part of the Jefferson County Hospital, the Relay for Life program is important to promoting the good health of our community.

Using the track facilities of the Fairfield High School, the Relay for Life uses teams to walk the track as a fundraiser, luminaries can be purchased for recognition of family members affected by cancer, and information booths are set up on the playing field for visitors to learn more about how to be cancer free.
