Jefferson County Hospital
has provided the location for various programs of interest to the
Fairfield community that FPAC9 has videotaped for cablecast.
Dr. Paluska gives a program on
"Scoping" for the benefit of Heart to Heart patients
and the FPAC9 audience. December 2003.
Dr. Warrier presented a program at JCH on Arthritis Update in
June, 2004.

Programs have been taped by FPAC9 to promote the Physical Therapy unit.
The hospital is purchasing several portable defibrillation units for
use by various schools and businesses in the Fairfield area. FPAC9
taped a special training program for use in training those who will be
using the units.
FPAC9 has videotaped a program about the new CT Scanner
installed at the Jefferson County Hospital.
Stereotactic breast exams can be taken in the mobile unit available
at the Jefferson County Hospital. Several programs were taped by
FPAC9 about radiology services.
Dr. Cam Campbell presented a program on heart health, taped by FPAC9.
Diabetes Awareness is an important part of JCH's educational outreach
to the Fairfield community. This recent program on FPAC9 presented
a complete look at what diabetes is, how food plays a part, the
pharmaceutical aspect of it, and the role of physical health. Four
staff members of JCH presented this program to the Fairfield community
and videotaped on FPAC9.

on Men's Health Awareness,

program for Jefferson County Hospital.
Dr. Ammar, of Iowa City, presented a program that FPAC9 taped on
Peripheral Vascular Disease and links to heart disease, in October
2003. JCH is glad to have doctors from the area present special
programs that are associated with their specialties.
