| Fairfield Public Access
Television is devoted to providing local origination programming to the
Fairfield community.
We encourage all submissions and encourage
everyone to submit programs that they feel will be of interest to our
community. While every attempt is made to accommodate
specific request times and dates, station management retains full right of
final determination of programming dates times, rebroadcasts and any and
all line-ups.

What is public access?
Public Access is defined as that segment of
Public-Educational-Governmental Access whereby U.S. Citizens have
access to cable television channels for individual expression of ideas
as protected by the First Amendment of the United States.

How did public access get to Fairfield
Local residents asked the Fairfield City Council in 1992/93 to
establish a public access channel on the cable system serving the
Fairfield Community. At the request of the City of Fairfield,
Mediacom provides channel 9
on the cable system for Fairfield Public Access.
