[Art Association brochure cover]

The Fairfield Art Association was
formed as a civic organization
in the spring of 1966 to foster art
in Fairfield and the surrounding area.

Exhibits

A series of exhibits is held each fall, winter, and spring in various locations around Fairfield for the community at large to see (and purchase) artwork by local, regional, and Iowa artists.

Special Events

Typical special events throughout the year might include art fairs, drawing clinics, snow sculpture contests, art camps, garden tours, trips, and receptions.

Art Fair

Holiday art fairs are very popular and provide the community with opportunities to support the arts and crafts.

Garden Tours

During the year, the Fairfield Art Association provides "tours" of local gardens for the community to enjoy.  These tours are one of the fundraising projects essential for the FAA-sponsored projects.
